About This Project
We are proud to announce that we are the official Electric Vehicle Charge Point installers for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Great Britain. Recently, we have completed a new installation at the Coca-Cola Head Office in Uxbridge, which is comprised of 67 new Easee 22KW workplace chargers, as well as the infrastructure for additional chargers in the future.
As an Easee charge installer we worked collaboratively with the company to select the most suitable chargers and provide an ideal solution for CCEP and their workforce; with simple management and a specially designed system which covers all levels of the car park. This included utilising a new flat cable from Woertz, designed specifically for use in internal car parks.
Up to 15 chargers can be daisy chained on a single circuit, but a total 101 chargers can communicate with each other on a site. Chargers can also be installed at staff homes and linked to the site system for company vehicles, providing easy reimbursement for expenses. With Easee, we are able to future-proof sites by installing the civils and cables for additional chargers, so that the robots can be purchased at a later date, and established when the company wants them.
Easee chargers are universal– fitting all types of electric vehicle, can be manually/digitally controlled using the app and setup to use RFID, they use an automatic queuing system with full load sharing ability, and come in a range of colours to suit the customer’s aesthetic.
Here, at BSB Electrical we are able to offer a turn key solution– the installation, civils and road markings of EV chargers are all covered by us for an efficient, well managed result.
We are currently surveying all UK CCEP sites for the roll out of EV chargers in 2023.
